Dr. Valerie Greene, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Founder


Dr. Valerie Greene is a visionary leader with an MBA and EdD, bringing decades of expertise in project leadership, national provider credentialing, and the successful launch and management of major healthcare initiatives from the ground up. As a former Project Director for a large state initiative, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to design, guide, and execute complex programs with excellence.

 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Greene’s heart beats for the elderly. Her passion is deeply personal—she compassionately cared for both of her parents through every stage of their health challenges, serving as their devoted caregiver during their final years. This lived experience fuels her mission to transform how seniors are valued, supported, and empowered. Through Grander Senior Advantage, Dr. Greene leads with empathy, innovation, and unwavering commitment to elevating the lives of older adults.

Evangelist Alberta Jones, Vice President & Co-Founder


Evangelist Alberta Jones is a seasoned healthcare professional and dedicated community servant with over a decade of entrepreneurial success. As the founder and manager of her own medical billing service for more than 10 years, she brings extensive expertise in healthcare operations, client support, and administrative leadership. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) and currently serves in a healthcare clinic, where she provides guidance, advocacy, and compassionate support to individuals navigating their medical needs.

 

Beyond her professional work, Evangelist Jones is deeply committed to uplifting seniors. She regularly visits and encourages elderly residents in nursing homes throughout the South Holland, Illinois community, offering spiritual support, hope, and meaningful connection. Her blend of business acumen, healthcare knowledge, and ministry-centered compassion makes her a powerful asset to Grander Senior Advantage.

Maxine Clinton, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Core Member 


Maxine Clinton brings more than 30 years of comprehensive experience in healthcare administration, paired with a natural talent and affinity for accounting and financial stewardship. Throughout her career, she has facilitated patient-centered focus groups, strengthened organizational processes, and ensured operational excellence across various healthcare settings.

 

In addition to her administrative leadership, Maxine has devoted over 15 years to supporting seniors directly within the community. Her service has included assisting older adults with healthcare challenges, coordinating home-care needs, and offering meaningful companionship. Her blend of financial expertise, healthcare knowledge, and heartfelt dedication to the elderly makes her an essential pillar of Grander Senior Advantage’s mission to uplift and advocate for aging adults.

Sandra B. Jenkins, Executive Coordinator & Core Member 


Sandra B. Jenkins brings more than 30 years of distinguished experience in the healthcare and insurance sector, backed by a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Her career includes 25 years of exceptional service in the Medicare Fraud Division for one of the nation’s largest health insurance companies—first as a Hearing Officer and later as a Medicare Fraud Investigator. In these roles, she worked tirelessly to protect seniors from exploitation, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and integrity in every case she touched.

 

Sandra’s commitment to safeguarding the aging population has been steadfast throughout her professional journey. Her deep expertise, ethical leadership, and unwavering dedication to justice make her an invaluable part of Grander Senior Advantage’s mission to advocate for and preserve the dignity of seniors.
