Grander improves the lives of Chicago’s seniors by promoting health, independence, and emotional well-being. We reduce isolation through meaningful community engagement and support seniors with vital resources such as healthcare navigation, benefits counseling, and aging-in-place assistance. We empower them to remain active contributors through mentorship, legacy-building programs, and intergenerational connections.
